  Very, very, disappointed with the experience I have had with this lot during my last two yearly services. Last year I asked to have the outer rubber trim looked at on my sunroof when my car was in for service, as it was coming away. Only for them to break the inside trim and try to say it was like that when they got it. Then tried to change me to get it fixed. Later they admitted that it was their fault. That was grand. This year when booking for service I asked if oil and filters were to be changed. I was told that oil and oil filter only were done at this service as fuel filter was changed last year. I specifically requested that the fuel filter be changed this time as well and was assured that it would be. I checked if they had the correct mobile number for me as I recall they had not the previous year. They had my old number so I told them my new number. So I left my car in for the service and mentioned that the brakes were a bit poor. They said they would check and if they needed replaced they would ring me. My car was due to be ready for collection after my work on Wednesday evening. Having heard nothing from them all day I rang around 4.00 and was told we were trying to ring all day....!! When I asked what number they had they called out the old number despite being told my new number numerous times. Also, they never bothered changing the oil and filters despite my specific requests at the time of booking. They looked back through the paperwork and found no record of me asking for this. Extremely bad internal communication here. Simple requests are not able to be carried out. That was my second and last time dealing with Howard Abraham Motors and there will definitely not be a third time.
